According to Rockstar, Option C (Deathwish) is the Canon ending for
Gta 5
Other endings are the fake endings and it's bad to know they even exist.

Fun fact: Originally, option C was to kill Franklin. You would play as Lamar who goes to kill Franklin and would be a replaceable protagonist for Franklin in the end
You can tell Ending B's opening cutscene is just "Yeah, you see what you're doing? You made a bad choice, now emotionally suffer"
