FIX Valorant Vanguard “System Reboot Required” Anti-Cheat Error

IMPORTANT: I am not an expert in the field and I can’t guarantee that this will work for anyone, and if you do what the video explains, you acknowledge that you do this on your own risk. Keep in mind that for any issue with Vanguard or Valorant game, contact the developer Riot Games for official support (link below).

The official Valorant support page:

In this video, I’ll show you how you can solve the “System Reboot Required” error message that you get when launching valorant on your Windows computer (I tried it with Windows 10). If Valorant is not working for you, this might fix this.

If you have issues running Valorant on startup and you don’t get to the main menu of the game due to Vanguard issue, try this one and see if this works for you.

Step by step instructions:

Press [Windows Key] + R

– Type ‘msconfig’ in the text bar at popup window that appears

– Click on the Services tab

– [IMPORTANT] Check Hide all Microsoft services

– Click the Disable All button or alternatively disabled certain processes that you know or think they are not required. You can try it one by one until you find the one that causes the issue.

– Find vcg and re-check that one. This is required for VALORANT to work so always make sure this one is checked.
– RESTART YOUR COMPUTER and try launching the game again

I hope this solution works for you and fixes the issue.
